Returns and Refunds

Our hope is that you are completely satisfied with your LimoneJewellery purchase. If you encounter any manufacturing quality problems and wish to return the item, please contact us at limonejewelleryuk@gmail.com within 30 days upon receiving your package with your order number, reasons and photo proofs. We will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.

Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Limonejewellery reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise is worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. We do not accept refunds on any customized pieces or lost return packages.

Please be noticed that the return shipping fee is not covered by Limonewellery. In addition, though our return policy is in full effect, your original shipping costs are not included as refundable.

Returns are not available for orders made to special order and/or according to the customer's instructions - Article 38 of the Consumer Rights A.

 

When will I receive my refund?

You will receive a refund within 14 days of our receipt of the package.

The refund will be made in the same form that was used when making the purchase.
